Nokia N9 reset problem

Hi.

I have a problem: I started hard-reset procedure on my Nokia N9, and it has been showing round-arrow by 30 minutes and does not do anything else.

Round arrow is inprogress.
Remove the battery for a few minutes;
Remove SD memory card; Try reset procedure again.
Soft Reset: Press power button for 8 sec.
Hard Reset: Charger must be connected; Press power for 8 sec, wait for 3 vibrations

por favor necesito ayuda mi nokia n9 no enciende dice nokia en la pantalla y se queda ahi , y tampoco me lo reconoce la pc .. quise instalar skype con el terminal y al parecer habia funcionado pero me puso la mayoria de los icono en rojo con signo de admiracion y luego iban desapareciendo , yo lo reinicie y no arranco mas ….. no se que hacer.
