Do you have proof? Are you sure it wasn't a refurbished phone?

The phone is 100% fake. I do not need to prove it. I posted this as a warning, so others do not waste theyr money. If you still choose to do so, be my guest.

looks like all the negative feedback is stating that they got a refurb: eBay Feedback Profile for denwashoppu

I'm not doubting that they may sell crap phones, but you can't go claiming someone is selling something that they are not when you don't provide any proof. For example, you could post that the real Nokia has a button on the left and the phone you got does not.
