Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” and go to “People & options”
  4. Tap “block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications are turned off for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
