It means "browsing data".
Whenever you click on the Web link on your phone and start browsing the 'mobile Internet' you are using up data. Everytime you navigate to a new mobile web page, it uses up a little bit of data. Then, if you choose to download a file, such as a ringtone, you will use up even more data.
Users who check WAP sites a lot for news tips and users who tend to download large amounts of media require a lot of browsing data.
Winning $50 worth of data is actually quite a decent bonus prize! Nice work
