I found a blackberry 7130e the other night. and it is on a bell plan. how would i go about changing it over onto a new account. i dont have a bell account but my rogers one is over in august. would i be able to use the blackberry if i changed to bell without buying a phone, and also just using it for a phone not using all its services?
