Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the “new contact” icon depicting a “+”
  4. Choose an account to sync contacts with
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import Contacts:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “Import / Export” and select to “Import from SIM” or a different location
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Export Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “Import / Export”
  5. Select to “Export to storage” or a different location

Assign Contacts to Favorites:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap the “Star” icon associated with the contact to add it to favorites

Add a Contact to Speed Dial via Direct Dial Widget:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen by repeating the same steps above. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen. To create a folder, drag a Direct Dial widget and drop it on top of another one.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap and hold the contact you want to remove
  3. Tap the “Trash can” icon

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Launch the apps drawer
  2. Open “Contacts” and access “Groups”
  3. Tap the “New Group” icon at the bottom and select an account to sync the group with
  4. Enter the group’s name in the proper field
  5. Optionally, add contacts to the group
  6. Tap “Done” when ready

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “Groups”
  3. Select the desired group and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “+” to view the contact list and choose a contact
  5. Tap “Done”
