Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone and tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding > Voice
- Choose Always forwarding and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer and launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding > Voice
- Select to forward incoming calls When busy, When unanswered or When unreachable
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open the Apps drawer
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding > Voice
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
Block Incoming and Outgoing Calls:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call settings
- Tap Call blocking and select the desired option
NOTE: If this is the first time accessing call blocking, you will be prompted to create a password for blocking settings. Otherwise you can change an existing password by tapping Change call blocking password.
Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Select the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap All calls to voicemail
NOTE: to unblock a contact, follow the same steps and then turn off All calls to voicemail
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open the Apps drawer
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu > People &Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK
NOTE: The conversation thread will blocked and archived, and you will no longer receive message notifications from the blocked contact.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap Menu
- Access Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
View and Reset the Call Log:
- Open Phone
- Go to Recents
- Tap view full call history
- Tap a call log entry to view more details about it
- To reset the call log, tap Menu > Clear call log / history
Enable Fixed Dialing:
NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can call or send messages to by turning Fixed Dialing ON. To do this:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Go to Menu > Settings > Call settings
- Tap Fixed dialing numbers
- Turn on Enable FDN and enter your SIM security code if necessary
- Tap OK
- Access FDN list
- Tap Menu > Add contact
- Enter the phone number / name of the contact to add and tap Save
Change Caller ID Settings:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call settings > Additional settings
- Choose Caller ID
- Select Network default, Hide number or Show number
