Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking”
  4. Select the desired blocking option

NOTE: In case this is the first time you enable call blocking, you will be prompted to create a password to protect your settings. Optionally, you can tap “change call blocking password” to change the password.

Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

NOTE: To unblock the contact, follow the steps above and then turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF.

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch Google “Messenger”
  3. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]“

Change Caller ID Settings:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Additional settings” > “Caller ID”
  4. Choose between “Hide number”, “Show number” or “Network default”

Enable Fixed Dialing:

NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can contact via Fixed Dialing:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Fixed dialing numbers” and turn ON “Enable FDN”
  5. If necessary, enter your SIM code and tap “OK”
  6. Access “FDN list” and tap “Menu” > “Add contact”
  7. Enter the name/phone number of the desired contact and tap “Save”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Voice” > “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Voice”
  6. Select to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  7. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  8. Tap “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch the apps drawer
  2. Open “Phone”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
  6. Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
