Block Calls:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call settings > Call blocking
- Select the desired blocking option
NOTE: In case this is the first time you enable call blocking, you will be prompted to create a password to protect your settings. Optionally, you can tap change call blocking password to change the password.
Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Tap the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Enable All calls to voicemail
NOTE: To unblock the contact, follow the steps above and then turn All calls to voicemail OFF.
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Change Caller ID Settings:
- Launch Phone and tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call settings
- Tap Additional settings > Caller ID
- Choose between Hide number, Show number or Network default
Enable Fixed Dialing:
NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can contact via Fixed Dialing:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call settings
- Tap Fixed dialing numbers and turn ON Enable FDN
- If necessary, enter your SIM code and tap OK
- Access FDN list and tap Menu > Add contact
- Enter the name/phone number of the desired contact and tap Save
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call settings > Call forwarding
- Tap Voice > Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Tap Voice
- Select to forward incoming calls When busy, When unreachable or When busy
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch the apps drawer
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings and tap Call forwarding
- Tap Call forwarding > Voice
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
