Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
