Does anybody knows any mp3 editor that alows you to add copyright information?...Because there some phones that u can only play protected mp3 and midi files

Exactly what phones are you talking about? I can't think of one phone by any provider that will not allow you to play your own music.
There really is no way to "add" copyright information. The files are either copyrighted or they are not, you can't fake DRM.LG VX9900 (enV)

You might want to try the DRM packager, just google it.

I got a wav to mp3 converter that let me make the protected mp3 a wav than change it back to a mp3. The only problem was that the new mp3 was larger than the old one, but it works perfect now.
