    Alright,
    I have the Nokia 5300
and I have been trying to find the answer to this for a while.

I had downloaded a ringtone on my phone (as in paid for it)
and once I had set it, everything looked fine. Once someone called me the ringtone would sound very low then BAM, it would just turn way up by itsself.

i thought maybe something happened when i downloaded it, but i also have more that do the same. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Also, When i play back the Tone, along with any other one on my phone(that i downloaded or put on) that has this problem, they sound perfectly fine. The volume is no different from what it should be.
    Thank you for your help.

Is this happening to just a particular ring tone? If not just a long shot, do you perhaps have an "ascending ring" option, that you can change to "normal"?

Some phones have this built in (unchangeable), I don't remember if 5300 is one of them?
