News: Sprint will launch Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on June 24th

In just two more days, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 16GB will become avaialble through Sprint. On June 24th, the Sprint Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 16GB will be sold at $499 and will be for the Wi-Fi version. Not only will the Sprint Galaxy Tab 10.1 16GB be the Wi-Fi version, but Sprint is also including the Overdrive Pro 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot and the MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot for the same price.

The Overdrive Pro Mobile Hotspot is by Sierra Wireless while the MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot is by Novatel. Features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will include: 1GHz Tegra 2 CPU, 1GB RAM, Android 3.1 OS, 10.1-inch 1280×800 display, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3MP camera with 720p HD recording support, 2MP camera for video chat, Bluetooth and 7,000mAh battery.

Honeycomb will be featured on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 which will also include a software update that will allow TouchWiz user interface as well as Social Hub, Allshare, Readers Hub and the Samsung Media Hub.
