publishing mini diary

I have the mini diary on my Samsung phone. I am not interested in publishing it on Facebook. I would like to actually print it and made a book out of it. Is this possible. I want it as a keepsake for the grandkids holiday with nana and grandpa.
If that is not possible does anyone know of any other apps. that I can do this with?

What phone and what program did you use to do this? It's probably possible to send it in an email to yourself.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S 2 phone. The program is called Mini Diary.
Each page shows the date, a weather icon... a picture if you want to add one. Then under that you type whatever you want to say for the day.
I tried emailing it... you get the picture, date and what you have said about the day... you do not get the same formating at all... missing the weather information.
