Blocking Calls

Block Calls / Phone Number:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
    • To block a number manually:
      1. Enter the phone number
      2. Select “Match Criteria” and make sure to select “Exactly the same as”. Otherwise you can select “Starts with” to block numbers from an area code / network, or select a different criteria
    • To block numbers from contacts or logs:
      1. Tap “Contacts”
      2. Select “Logs” or “Contacts”
      3. Tap the phone number you want to block
      4. If you want to block all unknown numbers make sure the “Unknown” slider is set to “ON”

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection”
  4. Select "Auto reject list”
  5. To unblock a number / contact, tap the “-“ button associated with it

Block / Unblock Messages

Block Messages from “Settings”:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Enable "Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers” and select the number to block
  5. Tap “+” and choose either “Contacts” or “Inbox”

NOTE: To unblock a message, follow steps 1-through-4 and then tap “-“ instead of “+”

Block Messages from a Conversation Thread:

  1. Open the “Messages” app
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread containing the phone number you wish to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers” (the button is located in the upper-right corner)

Call Forwarding

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Open the “Phone” app
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Certain Calls Only (Conditional):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Update”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the “Phone” app
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward"
  4. Tap “Turn off”

Call Log Management

View the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone”
  2. Access the “Logs” tab
  3. To view detailed information, tap the desired call log entry

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access the “Logs” tab
  3. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Edit” and mark the “All” check box to “select log items”
  5. Tap “Delete”
