    Create a New Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap “Create” and select to store the contact on “Device”, “SIM Card”, or “Google”
    3. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the proper fields
    4. When you’re done editing the contact, tap “Save”

    Import / Export Contacts (SIM Card):

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Import / Export contacts”
    4. To import contacts, tap “Import” > “SIM card”, and select the desired contacts
    5. Then, tap “Device” > “Done”
    6. To export contacts, tap “Export” > “SIM card”, select the contacts to export and tap “OK”

    Import / Export Contacts (SD Card):

    1. Open “Contacts” and tap “more”
    2. Access “Settings” and tap “Import / Export contacts”
    3. To import contacts, tap “Import” > “Device storage” > “Device”
    4. To export contacts, tap “Export” > “Device” or “SIM card” and tap “OK” to confirm

    Speed Dialing a Contact:

    1. Open the “Phone” application
    2. Tap “More” > “Speed dial”
    3. Select the dial number you want to use
    4. Select the contact you want to link with the dial number
    5. Tap “Back” and the changes will be saved automatically

    Delete Contacts:

    1. Launch “Contacts” and select the contact you want to remove
    2. Tap “More” > “Delete”
    3. Tap “Delete” a second time to confirm

    Create a New Caller Group:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select a contact (it will be part of the new group)
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Groups” > “Create group”
    4. Enter the group’s name in the appropriate field and tap “Create”
    5. Tap “Back” > “Save”

    Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you wish to add to the group
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Groups”, and select the desired group
    4. Tap “Back” > “Save”

    Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access the “Logs” tab
    3. Tap a call log entry to view more details on it
    4. To reset the call log, first tap “More” in the “Logs” tab
    5. Then go to “Settings”
    6. Tap “Edit” > select “All”, and tap “Delete” to confirm

    Samsung ON5 - I have 2 sims, both active. When i receive a call, nowhere on the screen does it say which SIM is getting the call. Can anyone help me?
