Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts” and tap “+”
  3. Select where to store the contact, such as “Device” or “Google”
  4. Under “Phone”, select the contact’s phone number type
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. When ready, tap “Save”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “Contacts” tab
  3. Press “Menu” > “Settings” > “Contacts”
  4. Tap “Import / Export”
  5. Choose to “Import from SD card”, “Import from SIM”, “Export to SD card” or “Export to SIM”

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open the “Phone” app
  2. Tap the “Keypad” button
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
  4. Select the number you want to use for speed dialing the contact
  5. Select the contact you want to associate with the speed dial number

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access the “Contacts” tab
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Delete” > “Delete”
  3. Select the contacts you want to remove
  4. Tap “Done” > “OK”

Manage the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to the “Logs” tab
  3. Tap a call log entry if you want more details about it
  4. To clear the call log, access the “Logs” screen, tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “Select all” > “Done” > “OK”

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “Groups” tab
  3. Tap “Create” and enter a name for the group
  4. Tap “Add member” and select a contact to add to the group
  5. Tap “Done” > “Save”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts” and access the “Groups” tab
  2. Tap “+” and select the desired group
  3. Tap “+” again and choose the contacts you want to be part of the group
  4. When ready, tap “Done”
