How to transfer the contacts from sim card to phone (galaxy j7)..?
there are no import / export options in my mobile.. how to get that options..?

The option should be in the default "Contacts" app, under "More" (the three-dot icon) > "Settings" > "Import / Export contacts" > "Import".

If the option is missing, this might be a long shot, but do you have two SIM cards inside the phone? If so, try removing the one without the contacts you want to import. You should be able to enable / disable your SIM cards from "Settings" > "SIM card manager".
