Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Add or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Update” or “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list”
  5. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and, optionally, choose a different “Match criteria”
    • To block calls from a contact or call log entry: tap “Logs” / “Contacts” and select the desired contact or entry to block
    • To block unknown callers: tap the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages, follow the steps above and tap “Remove from spam” instead

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Enable “Spam filter” and tap “Manage spam numbers”
  4. Perform one of these steps:
    • Tap “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select the phone number or contact you want to block
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
  5. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Tap “-“ next to the number you want to block
  6. Tap “Back”
