Block Incoming Calls From a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  3. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the call log or phonebook: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select it

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider to “ON”
  4. Tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu’ > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block messages” and tap “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select one from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number whose messages you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Tap the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings’
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered” “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  7. When ready, tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings’
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
