Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
  2. On the phone, enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the Notification area
  3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the audio files on the PC
  5. Copy and paste the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” directories
  6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Access “Sound and vibration”
  3. Tap “Ringtone”
  4. Select the desired ringtone and press “Back”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap the desired contact
  3. Access “Details” and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “More” > “Ringtone”
  5. Enable “Allow storage permissions”
  6. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

Change Incoming Email Notification Settings:

  1. Open “Email”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Manage accounts”
  4. Select your email address
  5. Access “Notification settings” > “Email notifications”
  6. Check or clear the “Notifications” and “Vibrate” boxes

Change Emergency Alert Settings:

  1. Open “Messages’
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Emergency alert settings’
  4. Tap “Emergency alerts’
  5. Enable or disable “Imminent severe alerts” “Imminent extreme alerts” and “AMBER alerts”
