Free ringtones for SCH-a650 from PC?

I also have a SCH-a650 samsung phones and want to know is there any way to get free ringtones & other apps. for my phone? What about transfering them from my PC to the phone via data cable? Is it possible?

there is a program that claims it can but it costs 50 bucks, im lookin around too....Does anyone have a solution, i also would like to put ring tones on my a650 (i have Verizon W)
