Is there a way to get your ringtone on your cellphone from your computer without bluetooth or cable?

I think there is a site where you can upload them and they transfer them.

For verizon, send a messsage with an mp3 attachment to [email protected] using your real number. then just chose "save sound". The song must be 55 senonds or less on my a670, otherwise it will be cut off after 55 seconds.
