SGH t809 computer connection help

i just bought a sgh 809 and i dl the usb driver installation and it still says no connection even though the cell phone is charging.
please someone help

u mean charger works not the usb?

dude try installing tht sftware again otherwise get ur fone chkd by the reps.

yeah I have the same problem, my t809 won't connect to pc studio even though i can see the folder and the phone charges. I even tried it with another t809 and it does the same thing, maybe its my laptop.

OK I figured out the problem. In order for the phone to hook up to pc studio you have to go to menu then settings then phone settings then usb settings then click on modem. If you are in mass storage, it will not connect to pc studio, you have to be on modem in order for it to connect to pc studio.
