    hey im trying to upload mp3s on to my phone. when i open up pc studio it says cannot open port and is switched to online mode or somethin. then when i try to reset it it says comfirm connection port one. could anyone help me out please.

    do i have to install all of the things that came on the cd? or just the file manager thing. thanks alot
