What a heap of crap this phone is, hated it - its TOO slim when ur making a call its like tryin to grip onto a thick credit card PLUS there's NO usb cable or software included and when I rang Samsung (because this model isnt even on their website yet) neither they nor the company they recommended had any idea when a usb cable would be available.
Needless to say its back in the box waiting for o2 to "doorstep exchange" it for a Sony Walkman
