D407 voice recordings as ringtones

I just got an SGH-d407 and I cant find out how to use voice recordings as ringtones. Is this even possible?

Also, I cannot find out how to connect my phone to my pc useing bluetooth. I have a wireless network around my house and im pretty sure my computer is capable. do i need to download bluetooth onto my pc in order to have it see my phone?

when I turn the phone off sometimes it just won't turn back on
