Help with the D807, couples questions.

Can I disable the phone from locking when I slide it down? I know I can make it ask me when it slides, but that's equally annoying.

Another thing is when I charge the phone the screen stays lit up. Is there a way to turn off the screen without turning the phone off entirely?
