Okay, so I just got this Samsung a900 in the mail yesterday from Sprint...as usual something was wrong with my bill and the billing department refused to send me to customer service because I knew it had something to do with the phone charge issues...After arguing with the billing rep, and I've considered this for a year now, I told her I want to cancel my account...blah blah, the cancellation dept. tries to talk me out of it, I say no. No matter what they try to do I'll run into another issue in a month or so...Cancel me...now I am stuck. What can I do with this $350 phone? I've tried finding reprogramming sites, unlock codes (no sim card so obviously not a choice), cloning is illegal and too high-tech for me. What the heck can I do??? thanks for any advice u can give? If not publicly then at least in im?

Re: Samsung a900 ?'s
Well, since it's a CDMA chipset, unlocking it would do no good, you don't have any other provider's software on the phone. Now, you can either sell the phone, or re-consider sprint... that will be basically your only choices

Re: Samsung a900 ?'s
I have decided to go ahead and sell the phone...Yeah it's basically no good to me...and it's never been activated so should be a cinch for whoever buys it to activate it...was told if i had activated it before cancelling that it was of no use for a few months...so that isn't the case since it was never activated...suppose I'll run to the B/S/T area...thank you!
