For some reason I can not figure out how to get music from my computer to my phone. I have the micro SD card, I have the USB cable but when I plug the phone into the computer and open the program that came with the phone it just tells me to plug in the phone and it starts counting and nothing ever happens. Plus all of my music is in mpeg 4 because its in i tunes, if anyone could direct me on how to transfer music that would be awesome.

To transfer music onto your phone you need an SD card reader.
Put the card into the card reader using the adapter and plug it into your computer, transfer music to the card, then plug it into the phone.

    SD Card Reader

If you just want to hold a few songs and some pics 256MB is the way to go, holds about 60 songs.

Check the connectivity setting on your phone under settings, if you are using pc studio it has to be set to pc studio, if you are using windows media player or napster the setting needs to be media player. (Settings, connectivity, select USB mode, pc studio or media player.) Hope this helps.
