Hello guys, I am considering buying a Samsung M610, but before I do I have one question that has not been answered in my info search. Can you use the camera with the phone closed? TIA!

I couldn't find a definitive answer for you but I'm gonna say no, since the button to activate the camera function is located above the "End Call" button which is only accessible when the phone is opened. Also self portrait mode requires you to spin the camera lens 180 degrees to point toward the inside of the camera using the main screen as the viewfinder, also the mini screen on the outside of the phone is too small for a viewfinder when closed.

Also, the external LCD is not colour, which makes taking pictures that way very unlikely. Go with The Samsung a900 instead.
