samsung a390 & bitpim help

for some reason when i try to send or receive anything to my a390 it just stays in in busy. i tired downloading a ringtone onto the phone and it was super quiet so i deleted it......since then bitpim would send or receive without and error. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

and now pitpim wont even open and i tried reinstalling

lol n/m.......its was 2 left over files in the filesystem in the sound and ringer folders.......be careful when you delete custom made ringers and make sure you delete the from the folder in the page file system if you are using bitpim!!!!
