samsung t619 unlocked but....

but i can't access mobile web, send/receive pictures.
i called my service provider, asked for web session packets,
no go..

ended up sitting on the phone with him and i both googleing for the answer

how can i modify the browser settings on this phone?
thats what me and tech had trouble with.. how can it be fixed if you can't access browser settings?

picture messaging is fixed. phone support had messed up from the get go making the sim card unable to send pics on any phone i tried. so i called back with the sim in a cingular phone and told them to fix it xD
put the sim back in the samsung and now it sends pictures.

but obviously i cannot access cingular media web with the t zones browser.
how can i rectify this? the phone has no browser settings. i've gone through every samsung code on the web and found no useful options..

is there a way to code a new broswer? is there some special way to mod this phones existing browser?
if someone could just tell me where to put the damn code, i'll find everything else myself
