Can i turn the 3G signal on my Samsung Ultratouch into a Wi-Fi signal?

so that i would turn my mobile phone into the router... i have found online that you can do it with alot of nokia models, and the phone does support java applications..

I have a vodafone subsciption and pay an extra 9 euros for internet each month.. i think its unlimited..

So, can it be done?

Also, are there ANY themes for this phone? its unskinnable right?..

Something like JoikuSpot might work, although they don't have the ultra touch listed as compatible. (probably because it doesn't run WM6) Check it out here: JoikuShop - JoikuSpot Premium - Full Licence - Premium Software For Your Mobile
