Samsung E210 Getting Limited Service

Hi, I have a Samsung E210 on the Telstra Australia network. I turned on my phone in a place where I know gets reception, and it only came up with limited service, and I couldn't do any calls, texts etc. on it. I thought this was strange, so I put the Telstra SIM in another phone, and it worked fine.

That led me to believe that it was a problem with the actual phone.

What do you recommend I could do to try and fix this?

OTHER PROBLEMS: 1. When I insert a memory card, it sometimes freezes. 2. Occasionally when I turn it on, it keeps on viabrating and doesn't actually start up the phone and I have to take the battery out to turn it off.

It is now getting service, but when I ring it, or ring from it, it only works occasionally, and texts take ages to get through.

What can I do to fix the whole thing do you think?
