I can't delete anything that has been blue toothed to me!!! The phone shuts off if I try to transfer the file and if I delete it most of the time the phone will freeze up and I have to take the battery out to reset it. Other times it will say file deleted but the file stays there.

The memory chip isn't working. I formatted it and it says it worked but it won't allow me access to any of my photos, ringtones or music. It does say that memory is being used, but it says all subfiles are empty. I tried to take a picture and save it to my card, it worked because I could see the picture on my computer when I plugged the card in but the phone said it wasn't there. Am I doing something wrong?
