you cant say best when it comes to cell phones, beacause too many are coming in market every now and again

The Samsung Impression's a good phone. I got mine a few days back and I really like it. It's got some pretty cool features on the camera, but no flash. The calls are clear and loud. It's a touchscreen with a slide out full qwerty keyboard, and the screen if sharp and clear and bright. Really nice display. And on at&t you can get a $10.00 data plan, since it's not a smartphone.

I have little nice to say about the Samsung Instinct, one of their "premire" phones for a while, not bad, not great, but def. dated these days. I suggest something with a real OS on it like Android or Mac or Windows mobile
