Samsung R350

Hi. I'm trying to help my sister out with her new phone she just purchased. I believe the problem she is having is that when she tries to view any media (mainly videos if I'm not mistaken. youtube being an example) she gets a message that says unsupported content type when she tries to play it. I imagine it is like that for other websites as well but, what can this be due to and is there something we can do? Thanks in advance.

*I noticed her phone has no video features to it. I'm guessing this has something to do with it huh?
