    Samsung has announced a new touchscreen phone and could be their cheapest one yet. The Samsung Champ displays a very small QVGA touchscreen that is 2.4 inches, which is smaller than most Samsung touchscreen phones, even the Samsung Corby which boasts a 2.8 inch display.

    Some of the features of the Samsung Champ include: TouchWiz Lite, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5mm headset jack, access to Samsung Apps, 1.3MP camera and MicroSD card support. Three color versions of the Samsung Champ will be available and they will be in black, brown, white and pink. As of right now, the Samsung Champ will be launching in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia beginning in June.

    Price of the Samsung Champ has not been mentioned but we are hoping that it come in around under $150.

    ik heb er dus zo eentje gekocht, ik was vooral op zoek naar een gsm met een goede mp3 functie. Heb dan een samsung champ gekocht omdat deze een audio-jack uitgang had en slechts 90€ koste.
    Maar de mp3 zelf is volgens mij niets waard:
    - Geen zoek functie (wat ik op mijn vorige gsm wel had), maar hier kan ik nog met leven.
    - Als ik "volgende" druk is het niet het volgende liedje dat begint te spelen, maar sprint het ineens 8 liedjes verder
    -Als naar het mp3 menu ga en ik kies een liedje, daarna ga ik even een berichtje sturen en wil dan ff terug voort scrollen (vanwaar ik zat dus) in de mp3, dan gaat dit niet.
    Hij begint automatisch terug bij het bovenste liedje.
    Dit is vrij irriterend als je een liedje wilt selecteren dat vanonder in de lijst is weergeven.

    Dit is mijn ervaring, maar had toch gehoopt dat er misschien een manier was om dit te veranderen? Heb alles bij instellingen al af gegaan maar niets.
    Is er een mogelijkheid tot het installeren van nieuwe mp3 software op de gsm?

    Mijn vorige gsm (samsung c3010) vond ik een veel beter mp3 systeem hebben
