News: Samsung i909

A new member of the Galaxy S family has just popped up and it's the Samsung i909 that has both GSM and CDMA/EV-DO connectivity. The Samsung i909 is only destined for China Telecom, although it would be perfect for Sprint or Verizon. Since this phone is only destined for China Telecom, it's very likely that no other carrier outside China will get the Samsung i909.

Features of the Samsung i909 include: 4 inch WVGA touchscreen display, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, a 5MP autofocus camera, WAPI and 16GB of internal memory. It's possible that the handset runs on Android 2.1 but may very well have Android 2.2. Launch date or price has not been mentioned.
