How do I transfer photos from my SCH-U450 to my PC, via USB cable?

The reason I'm doing this is to get the full quality photos. When I send the photo to my email or verizon online album, they reduce the size from like 1200x960 to 600x480ish (also i'm pretty sure they charge me 25 cents per photo sent)
