I have a samsung intercept, and it's activated. I put a 25$ top up card on it, and on the website it says I that the account has been activated and all, but I still can't text or call. Everytime I try to call, it says this account could not be activated, and every time I try to text it says message not sent.
Also, I can't even go to activate. Because when I do that it does the thing where it goes "1...2...3" but then it says "service not available", please call customer service. Which I can't do since I can't call from my phone.
Any help would be appreciated.
