Samsung Droid Charge confusing

Everything seems to require some sort of special knowledge. I don't know to whom this is going, what to ask, how to "send" it, damn. If someone, who can speak plain english and answer some questions about some of these "Google" apps would respond back, I would love it.

Harry - what specifically are you having trouble with ? Calling people, sending text messages, e-mail? I understand that the Android operating system can be confusing at first, but once you get to know your way around it's not too bad. If you find the Droid Charge too complicated it may not be the phone for you.
