PC Suite connection problem with GT-S3653

Hello everyone,

I installed the Samsung PC Suite software (latest version) and for the first few times it didnt have any connection issues and I used it to sync my data of all the components of my phone, like Phonebook, Memo, etc.. But a couple of months back out of nowhere it started showing an error that it was unable to change the mode of my phone to PC Suite. I have tried many times but it keeps giving me the same error message. And I am not sure what has happened that has caused this issue. I have not done anything to my phone but I have changed its memory card once, that's all.

I have a laptop of HP with bluetooth. I can still connect via Windows 7 and download stuff from it but I want the PC Suite software to work since it provides much more than Windows 7 of course.

Any advice or suggestion in this regard will be appreciated.
