    Hello,

    Iam using Smasung Galaxy grand GT 19082
    Iam getting an error with the google play. When i try to open the Google play, the app automatically crashes. Iam using a 2G connection. Also i found some times the phone throws an error dialouge named "google.process,gapp stopped". Pelase help me on how to fix this as i bought this phone just one month back.

    Try installing the latest Google play version, 3.10.14, from here: Download: Latest Google Play Store 3.10.14

    Open Application Manager -> Select ALL -> Scroll to Google Play Store -> hit force stop, clear cache & uinistall updates.
    Cycle device off & on. If problem is not solved, repeat using clear data...
