samsung s4 calling and sound in call

if i will speaking with the samsung s4 mini in a call the system it dont allow me a play an mp3 or video mp4.something for solution??????/thanks

why would you want to play an mp3 while talking on the phone? How would you be able to hear the person you are talking to? That doesn't make any sense.
