Changing the Wallpaper
- Go to the Start screen and touch the Settings tile.
- In case the Settings tile is no longer located on the Start screen, swipe left -> scroll down and tap Settings.
- Then tap lock screen (you can only change the lock screen wallpaper).
- Tap choose background.
- Tap the source where your preferred wallpaper is located at.
- Then tap change photo.
- Tap the desired album.
- Select the image that you wish to set as wallpaper and tap the checkicon.
- Your wallpaper is now changed.
Changing the Active Theme
- From the Start screen, touch the Settings tile.
- In case the Settings tile is no longer located on the Start screen, swipe left -> scroll down and tap Settings.
- Then tap theme.
- Touch Background and select the preferred option (choose to switch between light or dark background).
- You can also change the tile colors by tapping Accent color -> tap the desired accent color.
- Then press the Start key.
- Then theme color is now changed.
Adding New Tiles
- From the Start screen, swipe left.
- Tap and hold the app you wish to add to the Start screen. You can add apps, games, notes, contacts or bookmarks to the Start screen.
- Then tap pin to start.
- The tile has now been added.
Changing the Tile Size
- Tap and hold the tile that you would like to change.
- Then tap the Resize icon located in the bottom right side of the tile and toggle between different sizes.
- When done, tap the center of the tile or just press the Start key.
- The tile is now resized.
Moving Tiles on the Start screen
- From the Start screen, tap and hold the tile you wish to move.
- Then drag that tile to a preferred location on the screen.
- To place the tile, tap its center.
- If you wish to remain in editing mode, tap a different tile or just tap and drag the active one
Removing a Tile
- Tap and hold the tile you wish to move.
- Then tap the Unpin icon located in the top right corner of the tile.
- The tile is now removed.
Changing the Screen Settings
- Go to the Start screen and tap the Settings tile.
- In case the Settings tile is no longer located on the Start screen, swipe left -> scroll down and tap Settings.
- Tap brightness if you wish to change the backlight time-out period.
- Touch the Automatically adjust switch to turn automatic brightness on or off, as desired.
- Then tap Level -> then tap the desired setting (choose from low, medium or high).
- Congratulations. The backlight settings are now changed
