Samsung Note 9 help

So I just got a Samsung Note 9 the other day. Had the Note 8. I loved the feature of when I would go to my text messages, if there was someone I wanted to call or text I would swipe one and and it would call that person, if I swiped the other way it would go to me texting them. Unless there is a way to activate it, it appears that with the Note 9 you cannot do this feature anymore. Does anyone know if this feature is available on the Note 9? I would appreciate any help. Thank you
