Migration from a stolen phone to a new one

I had a samsung J3 2017
I have bought a new one.
In the old one i have a samsung account associated I think I can use to find my mobile in the future.
So I would like to have another profile and migrate the data from the old account.
But keep this old account to try to find my mobile in the future.

Can I ?
