what is the best camera phone, preferably on orange but not essential

which phone is the best one to get for features and picture quality. i'd prefer to have a colour screen and polyphonic is a must. i'm on orange at the minute but will change network if the phone required it.

I think te Siemens M55 is good unfortunately the camera isn't integrated but it makes really good pictures
