Can anyone make sense of this?? This is the error message I get when I try to download my address book onto my computer.

Oh yes, I've deleted everything, including the driver, and reinstalled everything. I have the Sanyo 8100 on Bell Mobility carrier... I'm using BitPim 0.7.27-official.
